Today I expand upon the series “Girls Who Lift Harder Than I Do,” which began a couple weeks ago. Meet Katie Coles, figure competitor who trains with Bret Contreras (the Glute Guy). She’s not deadlifting 315, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t kicking ass (and looking good too).
