I’m turning into a complete Jamie Oliver fan-boy here, but I have to keep shilling his stuff. Last week, I posted his speech at TED, where he outlines the changes America must make to get itself back on track in the food department.
On my flights to and from North Carolina this weekend, I watched the first two episodes of his new show, Food Revolution. The man is in Huntington, WV, the fattest town in America, convincing people to eat right. And changing the local schools’ menus. And giving free healthy cooking lessons. With a British accent. Basically he’s the man.
